mPowering Paleo Bites


  • ¾ cup raw walnuts or almonds

  • 1/8 cup cocoa powder

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt

  • ½ cup pitted Medjool dates(about 5)

  • ½ TBL water or almond milk

  • 1 tspground flax seed


  • Use a food processor (small one best if you have) to grind nuts into fine meal

  • Add remaining ingredients and process until dough ball formed (if ball not forming, add little more water)

  • Scoop with tablespoon and roll into balls

  • Roll in additional cocoa powder or powdered sugar and place on parchment paper

  • Store in freezer until ready to eat
