Ingredients
¾ cup raw walnuts or almonds
1/8 cup cocoa powder
½ tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp fine sea salt
½ cup pitted Medjool dates(about 5)
½ TBL water or almond milk
1 tspground flax seed
Directions
Use a food processor (small one best if you have) to grind nuts into fine meal
Add remaining ingredients and process until dough ball formed (if ball not forming, add little more water)
Scoop with tablespoon and roll into balls
Roll in additional cocoa powder or powdered sugar and place on parchment paper
Store in freezer until ready to eat
